Hi Roger
-> You're coming through OK here in South Carolina. Tell us more about
-> your club and its activities.
Hmm lets see. We have approx 70 members and 5 instructors. Our field is
located on 3 acres of land nice and close to town, and has been there
for well over 30 years so far.
-> I also am a flight instructor for my local, but small, club -
-> looking forward to the "newbies" who come out with their new
-> Christmas presents (hope not too many of them
-> wind up with "ARFS" - I don't care too much for them) for their first
-> flight lessons.
I hear you loud and clear :) I have had more than my share of white
knuckle flights with those plastic disasters :)
-> As for yourself, how long have you been into R/C and
-> what is your favorite bird - are you building anything in the "long
-> Canadian Winter" (gr) ???
I haven't started building yet! :) When it gets too snowy out come the
skis. :) It really opens up the number of places to fly :) The favourite
plane in the hager right now is a sig cougar. There's something about
speed that get me going. :) I have a few on the table right now, but am
hoping to finish up my sig Bravo in time for spring. I've never had a
gas engine so the Zenoah will be a new adventure for me :)
TTYL
