You do need BNUPORT.EXE for that. Keep in mind that COM 1 = port 0, COM 2 =
PORT 1, and so on. Once you have your hands on that, it's a piece of cake.
By the way, if you do work with Frontdoor in Warp 4, you have to start FD
with the parameter:
/NOFCB
due to the FCB-bug in W4.
Normally BNU.EXE is accompagnied by the BNUPORT.EXE file, so you should have
it on your disk.
I have sent also to you two files by netmail: BNU1.TXT & BNU2.TXT; the files
contain substantional explanations about BNU.
Keep also in mind to arrange your Dos-settings something like:
These Notebook Setting might be helpful:
COM_DIRECT_ACCESS=ON
COM_HOLD=ON
COM_SELECT=COM2 (your specific com, of course)
HW_ROM_TO_RAM=ON
HW_TIMER=ON
IDLE_SENSITIVIY=38 TO 100 (Try at 100 first)
INT_DURING_IO=OFF
VIDEO_RETRACE_EMULATION=ON
COM_RECEIVE_BUFFER_FLUSH For FD has to be: ALL
For other comprogs such as Procomplus Dos & Terminate Dos
COM_RECEIVE_BUFFER_FLUSH has to be: NONE
