I would hope so. The first of the other units I saw used was back in
1980, I think.

Went all the way through Seattle U. with a man who was the chief
psychologist at McNeil Island, when it was Federal. He used to get me
interested in reading standard psychiatric fare. Needless to say, there
was much in it I didn't agree with at all. Didn't make sense.
In that, as well as in religion, I am an agonostic. A true agnostic.
