Sorry, forgot you live in Portland.  Folkenberg is just south of Burlington
and northwest a bit of Harborton and Linton.  I downloaded something from
the 'net on the suburbs of Portland and it listed "Folkenberg" as
"a little way from downtown Portland...situated at the north end of
West Hills.  It is a sleepy residential community with its own 1st through
8th avenues."
