I like being able to use multiple cores and multiple CPUs. It's a real
shame you can't do that with your chosen antique OS, windows 98.

Windows NT has an advanced file system compared to FAT32; and you can
set permissions with it. That go well beyond 'read only' as your limited
to doing. Windows9x has no real concept of security. Programs are free
to access other memory space outside their own. You cannot easily do
that under an NT system without pissing something off.
