| subject: | RE: UMM.. PCBOARD NATURAL |
-> -> I solved the problem by running OS/2 WARP as a guest operating system -> -> under VMware's VM workstation product. I've got OS/2 WARP 3 running -> -> PCBoard sitting on a Windows 2008 R2 server as a guest VM. I no -> -> longer have to worry about hardware. I only support telnet access. -> I'm familiar with all those, but making PCBoard talk telnet is the -> missing link. What do you use for that? If he is using OS/2, then probably by using SIO and VMODEM.EXE, both part of the same package by Ray Gwinn, who, BTW, I see on Facebook from time to time. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5* Origin: Omicron Theta * Memphis, TN * winserver.us (1:116/18) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 280 640/954 712/0 620 848 @PATH: 116/18 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
