Many of those who have 'never contributed' are in that position because
they have NEVER been given the oportunity, why empoly someone whose ONLY
advantage is that they are a little cheaper when you can choose from 
hundreds, some of whom may even have a little experience. Leaving LARGE
numbers out in the cold through no fault of their own. I thought I was 
doing it tough when I dropped out of school and had to choose between 
three jobs. I wouldn't change places for quids.
