 MP{at}> LOL, I was never married, so I have never ended any friendships in that
 MP{at}> manner.  :)

  I didn't marry until I was 43, but never dreamed I'd be a widower at
47; having lost my wife to a massive heart attack just over 10 years
ago...which was 3 weeks shy of our 4th anniversary.

  With numerous health issues now...including from kidney/bladder stone
and prostate surgery complications...plus trying to take care of my 90
year old Mom (who has congestive heart failure and atrial fibrillation)...
and seeing all the "baggage" most women have, I've resolved it's best to
stay single. My Mom won't go out unless I'm doing the driving for her, but
she knows that at the moment (having had to wear a catheter nearly every
day for the last month), I'm not any good to her at the moment. I'm
supposed to get the catheter out on Monday morning.
