Me too. It was probably between 4.2 and 3.9 bya. It was during the bombardment
phase - and this is something you have not mentioned - the bombardment would
destroy any fluke replicator too - another tough reason against a single fluke
replicator theory.

And many of you just jump in with replication and metabolism as if chemicals
were there for that purpose alone - that sounds pretty much like fate,god,
chance to me.
