I am not familiar with Romex cables. Is that the same thing as "regular
household" wiring? I just looked at our wiring. The cables are marked as
"MMD-7".
I really don't have the luxury of maintaining consistent distance or
orientation from any household wiring line. The extra phone lines have very
few alternative places that they can go. For now, the phone lines run
across the ceiling in the utility room (not far from the wiring for a large
refrigerator, freezer and washing machine) and sofar, I've not detected any
electrical interferences. I'll just try to leave things the way they are
and just move my monitor and keyboard with appropriate extensions.
