Back at you. Right now I'm just trying to get a little extra room on my work
bench to do something. I've got one ARF that I try and fly at least once a
year, that, I think, Is or was called a Star. It was an opening special for
one of the now closed hobby shops in Barrie a few years ago. Have been
working on a Telemaster 40 for about 4 or 5 years now. Can't quite figure out
a flap mechanism yet. Have an OLD Hobby Shack SST, built from the old plans
form way way back. Olso working on a wing for a Cambrian Instructor. No plans
as my grandson burnt them. Have a Falcon 56 with a 25 four stroke on it thats
never run and I've never flown it. All of the above, except the telemaster
40, are all exuipped with engines, receivers, servos and transmitters. Just
can't seem to find the time to get out and fly. Way too many other things to
do. I had more time, it seemed, when i was working full time. Now that I'm
retired, or retarded, depends on your point of view, I can't seem to find
time to do what I want. It's either the Wife, Children, grandchildren,
friends or helping somebody do something. Oh well, one of these days, after
my wife retires. That basically it. I try to fly at least once a year, and
I'm not particlar when as long as it's fairly half decent. If nothing heard
for awhile, don't despair, I'm closing down until the new year due to
holidays. Can message me at 1:348/300. That's just another BBS run by a good
friend, Ed Bailey, out of Souris, Manitoba, Canada, of course. I guess that's
enough for now, if you haven't fallen asleep already. TAFN. TomT.
