Thanks for all the responses.  WinAmp seems to work here.  Will have to try
it for her.  One thing I personally don't like is that it groups all of the
"Winamp extensions" together in file associations, so I can't use separate
icons for MP3 vs. WinMedia files.  I attempted to add a separate association
for MP3, and Windows would not allow it.
