That would be true, if it were true, but temporarily. It appears you want
the voting to start minutes after the last bullet is fired, before anyone
knows how many live where so that they could vote in the south, then in the
north and again in Baghdad - why that would resemble business as usual in
Chicago, no wonder you're in such a rush, want it to be like home ;-)
