on. the 686 is a pentium class chip and plugs in the same boards as
pentiums though they have upgraded bioses to support them. generally the
686 is fatsre than the equivalent pentium. a 686-100 runs like a pentium
120. a 686 120 runs like a pentium 150 etc. and hey are cheaper too. hope
