BTW, the idea is to vote with your feet.  I use Citibank myself.
They have excellent policies, but the most incompetent computer
system in the western hemisphere, along with the most incompetent
staff to operate it.  You wouldn't believe the number of problems
I have had.  Absolutely bizaare.  BFN.  Paul.
