Always remember that the quality of
institutions are determined by the
quality of the teachers they produce.
Therefore, marking is always a _two_ way
street because both the "marker" and the
"markee" are actually being marked. A poor
mark given to a good idea by a bad teacher
means the institution that taught that teacher
must be given a poor mark. I remain astounded
at the ineptitude/bias of the Neo Darwinians
that post here.
