I already confessed that it was my error, must I endure the Spanish

I've seen a few stories about a few people not taking it, but did not see
those same stories in context to past rates, current actual rates or
current needed rates. But I'd bet that the re-up numbers are not where they
want to them to be. I bet the guys that planned on re-uping anyway are
pleased with the $10K instead though, and I'd further bet that even $20K
wouldn't be enough for someone that had other plans already.
