So it was, so it was. You're right that would not be relevant in comparison
to a current piece, I didn't catch that it was an older article. Still,
barring any unforeseen conflicts cropping up in other areas of the world
(many of which already have a lot of troops deployed to anyway) I doubt
that the draft is anywhere near being on the table. Basically, the draft
talk hit the airwaves a few months ago when they were replacing some
expired commissions in the infrastructure and one or more reporters jumped
to conclusions.
