That's pretty close to the joke of a paper that the visa waiver is.
"are you seeking entry to engage in criminal or immoral activities
?" and so on. Oh, and how about "Have you ever been or are you
now involved in espionage or sabotage; or in terroist activities; or
genocide ?". I really would like to see the person who checked any of
the "Yes" answers...
