My first thought when I read this was, "Professional hitchhiker."
That used to be a possibility some time ago, just hitchhiking from place to
place and finding odd jobs or temporary work in whatever town. I even
considered it myself at one point, but marriage makes that not an option.
  But on to serious ideas.
There *are* places that pay you to move cars from place to place.
You get to travel and get paid for it. The downside is, you have to *really*
 like driving.
Hmm. Outgoing, great personality, needs a challenge, loves to travel
and doesn't mind independent . . . sounds like all of the prerequisites for
a top-level sales and marketing executive, especially in a multi-level
marketing organization. Maybe Avon, Amway, Christmas Around the World, or
Tupperware, just to name a few of the better-known examples.
Good memorization skills? If so, theater might be an option. Then she
wouldn't have to write her own material, so it wouldn't be quite as radical
 a step for her.
Well, that's my off-hand advice, which I guarantee is worth at least
what you paid for it. If it doesn't perform to your expectations, feel free
to return it for a full refund.
