James Blish did a series of adaptations of the OST episodes; what you 
have is the first of the series.  They're all pretty common, and unless
the copy you have is in mint condition, is worth only a few bucks. They 
were heavily collected from the beginning, and there are plenty of 
reading copies to be found.
