My bet is that his second wife is doing the damage.  It's got be a family
member.  Why else would he go out of his way to protect someone?
  As to having teams of nurses...surely they are not constantly with him
every minute.  He's got to have a bit of privacy.  And no, I don't think a
nursing team is hurting him.  The "abuse" sounds way too personal
for it to be a stranger.
