I bought a 160 GB USB external harddrive to make backups.  I can't 
format it hpfs because it is > 64GB.  LVM doesn't seem to want to let me 
make an lvm volume out of it.

The manual says it is formatted for "DOS" but readable on a MAC.  LVM 
says it is formatted NTFS.

How do I go about formatting it JFS?
