Looks like his name is "Tim Brosnan", he logged onto my BBS an
hour ago. He rang me up an hour ago too, to tell me he got your details
from another source, so won't be suing me.  I asked him if he got the
details from another BBS, and he wouldn't tell me.  I think he got them
from a mate in telecom etc.

I think he's backing out of it already.  He said something about
"Basically, I realise Rod Speed is just a twit, but I think it's worth
suing him anyway".

Do you need any character witnesses?  For $10, I am happy to swear on a
stack of Blake's 7 videos that I've never seen you say anything insulting
to anyone in my entire life.

Do we have any examples of successful suing against someone you don't even
