Hi Cal,

PCMCIA are 16-bit adapters. PCCARD are 32-bit which attach to the _PCI_ 
bus.
As OS/2 was the first to have plug'n'play for PCMCIA, and noting the 
utilities that IBM have for my PCCARD [10/100 IBM PCCARD EtherJet with 
XJack connector - on the VAIO notebook, I'm pretty sure I saw amongst 
the tools that get installed in OS/2 something about Memory Cards - BTW 
I don't have any - otherwise could have given you a definitive answer - 
sure someone else has confirmation for you!
