If you are using the custom control for yourself, you may find it easier
to simply include the usercontrol files in each of the projects (i.e.
shapelabel.ctl and shapelabel.ctx). This avoids the whole business of
building and registering an OCX, and also makes creating a setup for
your main project easier.
Many VBer's seem to forget that you can define the user control in the
same project where you use it, without bothering with an OCX. The only
real reason to build an OCX is if you want to give it (or sell it) to
others for their use, without giving them the source code for it.
