Since that nice little bombshell IBM has been furiously backpeddling and
saying 'that those numbers aren't quite right', and has announced that
they're hiring now to the point that their total headcount levels are near
their largest ever.

Of course, ask them where these headcounts are at and you'll probably get a
sobering experience.

And it just isn't IT jobs either-JPM Chase has been staffing business
analysts in India for the past year and a half.
