           pushing a wheezing Dayna to a lift.]

    AVON:  [From inside the lift, to the Doctor.] Stand back and raise

           your hands.

  DOCTOR:  Who are you? What do you want?

    AVON:  Do as I say. I shan't hesitate to kill you.

  DOCTOR:  [To Tarrant.] Do as he says.

   DAYNA:  Avon! [Knocks the gun from Avons hand. The Doctor runs.] The

           antidote.

    AVON:  [To Tarrant.] Get after him!

   DAYNA:  I'm dying.





Clearly, Avon has the antidote to the drug Keiller gave Dayna. A very fast
acting one, obviously.





And something else:



    ORAC:  The Federation banking system will now take over that of

           Zerok. All bank notes drawn by the Bank of Zerok will be

           declared invalid within seven days and all private

           transactions will be illegal directly. The consequences of

           this are clear.



Paul Edwards, here's the answer to your question about changing the
currency - the transaction with Servalan was itself illegal so they cannot
even justify possession of the currency.
