I don't know about that.  However, this is NOT the place to start a my mailer 
is better than your mailer war.
Here is how I see the situation:
You like and use PMMail 1.9.  I like and use MR/2 ICE.  We both have 
different needs/wants in a mailer.  Neither of us is going to change our 
mailer program. Thus this line is futile and is not worth continuing.
However, if someone is looking for a NEW and DIFFERENT mailer, feel free to 
point out why you use the mailer of your choice and let THEM make the 
decision.
