Hello HUBERT, on 08-28-96 you wrote to ALL  about NOVELL AND ACC

Use NetWare Link State Protocol (NLSP) instead of SAP/RIP between 
machines, or use NetWare/IP with DSS (Dynamic SAP/RIP Service) for the 
routed connection. Either approach should cut down on the frequency the 
link is brought up. If you are ready to spend some bucks, you could 
always invest in Novell's Multiprotocol Router software.
