We were given a demonstration that convinced us it was a great programme - 
then when we tried to use it we found that it will not do some of the basic 
demands of accounting, and will do others only with a great deal of 
persuasion.  I rather get the feeling that whomever designed the programme 
was not familiar with the usual routine of office accounting.  
He/she/it/they/ undecided might have known a lot about what the books said 
accounting entailed, but evidently didn't have daily experience with what's 
actually needed in the trenches.
