Maybe it is my ability to speak company-ese such as USOCS and
stuff, but Bell Canada, my wire telco and Bell Mobiity Cellular
know they are mortal.
I haven't had to pull strings much, but when I have had to, they
worked.
Like leaving voice mail on the president of Bell Mobility's
direct dial number to tell him about a stale after hours
recording and asking one time if he could explain why their
switches in downtown Toronto liked me but in Scarborough didn't.
Seems they were updating the software and it did weird things to
people from outside the area.
... A clean desk is a sign of a cluttered desk drawer.
