Someone did take the original masters :^)  and transfer Let It R.M.B.
to cd. 

As saki mentioned, I've still got a box full of individually numbered
cassettes of Butcher Covers in my basement.  Anyone interested in a
copy can have one for the cost of packaging and postage.
