Maybe not to the degree an adult could, but he could certainly equate WRONG
with harsh punishment.

Hard to tell, I'd have to talk to them to know, but I'm betting they're
already to far gone to be normal citizens -- that kind of violence is a
trend, not a one time deal.

I never said I wanted them dead, but them I'm not for the death penalty in any case.
