We need a "Looser pays" law.  You sue, You post a bond, You loose You
pay all expiences, both sides.
The problem however is that the innmates don't have money, and sometimes
they do have a valid point in their action.
But I'm a strong believer in denial of rights via due process and if due
process has not been applied... What's the hostile doing in prison?
