Let's look at it from another angle then, lets assume that he's right, that
the UK will be under permafrost within decades. Is it really reasonable to
assume, with such a short time frame, that if we turned off every human
related "cause" - shut off the factories, parked the cars,
stopped exhaling, etc. - immediately, that this would alleviate the the
imminent (pesky word, that) problem?
