I didn't think I did either until one day I heard the kids talking about
sex on my front porch. What was being said totally stunned me and I
realized that whether I did or did not have the temperment, I really had
no choice (this was something I was considering anyway). The more I talked
to the homeschool support leader in our area the more confident I became.
It is hard, but it is worth it. I have one intelligent child, one ADD and
behind intellectually, and one ADHD/ODD who is the hardest of them all.
MT> school what-so-ever. I wish there were a way to motivate him.
Motivating a child can be quite difficult. But fun, interactive things
can do wonders. This can include games, library, TV shows (discovery)
and field trips. Learning to budget like grocery shopping uses a variety
 of math.

Some people use a structure curriculum and others use a more relaxed
environment (which I am finding to be an easier, less stressful, and
teaches more for the parent and the child.

In actuality homeschooling takes less hours than public school and they
usually end up ahead of their grade.

If you belong to a support group you can usually find someone who wishes
 to do this.

Keep lurking and ask as many questions as you like. We will answer the
