These tracks were not on the MMT EP - but were on the LP versions which
came out later in the UK (not sure what released when in US).

Bad Boy, Twist And Shout and All My Loving were not single releases in
the UK (in the normal run of things) but were EPs which would often
find their way into the singles chart anyway just to confuse things.
The EPs were 45rpm 7" but with two tracks per side - except for MMT
which was two 7" records each containing three tracks, I Am The Walrus
and Blue Jay Way being the tracks that had a side to themselves. I've
got an original MMT EP with booklet. For 1967 it must have really
looked special. I don't know of any EP released prior to then that had
such lavish packaging.
