no luck on msdn.microsoft.com? if not, i have a student copy of "learn
visual basic now" for v4 that may have something close to what you're
looking for...

after examining the disc, i was wrong. it's just a beginner's guide, nothing
as comprehensive as what you're looking for.

but, still.. i figured msdn would have this stuff.
