During the years I was old enough, Weaver generally did what a manager is 
supposed to do - put his team in the best position to win.  He didn't take

Why?  I don't play favorites.  When a manager screws up, I say so, and 
Johnson's screwed up far more than I expected he would.  It is his first year 
with the team and the league, so there are mitigating circumstances.

I'm willing to stick with Johnson and see if he does better the next few
