Is this a resend?  I thought I had answered this before.
 
Anyway, netmail is the person-to-percon communication section of
Fidonet.  The messages menu of your bulletin board should have a
netmail entry.  You will need the full name of the person you are
writing to, plus the Fidonet address of their board ie. 3:640/312
or whatever.
 
It's usually just a matter of filling the information into the 
appropriate prompts.  A complete address looks like 
Margaret Maddock{at}3:640/312.

 
Your sysop will usually be happy to help with information.
Note: some boards make a small charge for netmail. Once again, you'll
have to ask your sysop.
