With American minefields, when planting them you are supposed to perform
great amounts of documentation with removal of same as the goal.

And the scatterable mines also have a "self-detonate" timer if
not otherwise triggered.

As for campaign posters, one guy (who lost) bought himself some serious
goodwill when he paid a dime a poster to anyone who brought one back.
