After looking at my config.sys file, it seems that right after it loads
USBresmg.sys, it loads the networking. Maybe this is where your problem
might be? Maybe try installing without network drivers and see what
happens. Also look on your boot drive root directory for a file
OS2POPUP.LOG for error messages.
