I'm talking about regimes with well-known and documented abuses on human
rights such as previously present in Iraq, currently present in N. Korea
and elsewhere. Odds are those that need fixing would not include a true
democratically elected government. I do believe that it would have been
more prudent to go after N. Korea before Iraq from a lot of different
angles, however, we didn't have a decades worth of resolutions against them
to facilitate action, we may live to regret that though.
