I'm not a hysterical advocate of gun blazing diplomacy exclusively, so that
is certainly not out of the realm of possibilities. What I think though, is
heretofore there was not only no pressure, but a complete turning of backs
on the actions of rogue regimes everywhere. With consistent actions and
pressure the chances of non-violent change in more areas is increased.
