Everyone,

Thanks for the files.  I got some of the old FASTNIC and new FASTNIC
files.

But unfortunately, neither of these work any better than the linksys
drivers.

The system just hangs after loading the driver.

I'm going to have to find a new card.   It has to be supported by both
eCS, and Linux.  The linksys was one of the few common cards.  

I had a dlink card, but connecting it through my linksys hub brought the
file transfer to a trickle.  It would appear the card and hub do not get
along.  If I bypass the hub and run a cable to the router directly, the
dlink card works fine.  I just cant have cables all strung about.

Does anyone know off hand what realtek based 8139c cards work in linux as
well as eCS?
