The temp directory may contain partly received files. It will disappear when
the file becomes complete in a later session. But sometimes this never
happens. If you remove the tmp directory and the other side still has the
file in the queue, next session you get that file complete again. So there's
no real problem if you remove the tmp directory.
Btw, tonight you can update to 0.83.11 which has one fix againts Taurus. But
you still need to disable all compression against a Taurus node.
