There never was any "Bad Boy" EP such as you describe. The only 
British release of "Bad Boy" in the sixties was on the compilation 
album "A Collection of Beatles Oldies" in late 1966, which otherwise 
consisted of previously released material.

"All My Loving" and "Twist and Shout" were the title
tracks of two 
EPs, but each had been issued on an LP before.
