I really doubt it, for the 16-bit os2dasd.dmd can't be handled by 
os2lvm.dmd . Are you sure you've tried that out yourself with Warp 3 and 
Warp 4 prior to fixpack 13?

Besides that lvmalert.exe does nothing else than preventing fdisk being 
fired up. Pretty useles imho.
