Sometimes I post when there are important things. I cannot test the tarball
everynight for changes because the file is refreshed every night and is
always different then the old one even if I didn't change anything.

Auto posting cvs updates isn't worth reading too, it generates a lot of
mail.

So it comes down to when I feel like it is important. But if you have an
idea about how to automate it (with a script that tests the ChangeLog or so)
I can allways add such thing.
